What is Sentence Compliance Probation

Defendant is required to provide proof of compliance directly to the court. The court may establish Show Proof Hearings. Client should keep a copy of information given to the court for their records.

Fees are imposed at time of sentence and are due the 15th of each month payable at the Mason County District Court office.

Record Check

Probation will complete record checks. If a new violation if found, the probation office files a report with the Court. The matter is set for a hearing in District Court.

Prior to termination will submit the final record check to the court.
