Welcome to the Fire Marshal Department
The purpose of the Fire Marshals Office is to provide the citizens of Mason County with an extended fire prevention service for the protection of life and property. We accomplish our goals through public education, inspections, enforcement, and fire investigations.
Fire Prevention in the rural and wildland areas of Mason County is done through our Firewise Communities Program in coordination with the Washington Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Forest Service.
