Taylor Shellfish Project Information
The Hearings Examiner has issued an Order Setting Reconsideration Briefing Schedule.All persons who submitted verbal hearing or timely written comment on the Taylor Shellfish shoreline application, SHR2023-00003, may submit a written response to Taylor’s Motion for Reconsideration by 5 pm, November 1, 2023. Taylor may file a written reply by 5 pm November 7, 2023. Responses and replies may be emailed to Luke Viscusi at LViscusi@masoncountywa.gov. Please read the entire Order linked above.
